The plastic T shirt bag making machine is a heat sealing and hot cutting plastic bag making machine, which is suitable for printing and non printing bag making. The bag is made of HDPE and LDPE. The machine is specially designed for the production of 2-line high-speed T-shirt bags. The bag making function can obviously improve the problems such as the film running due to the resistance of the winding operation, prevent the winding from slipping, and clean and maintain the equipment. It is controlled and designed by two independent computers and driven by a 4.4kw servo motor, with high efficiency and simple operation.

It is used for producing best bags and flat-opening bags with printing. The main motor adopts frequency control of motor speed to save more electricity and regulate speed more freely. The color code tracker with good performance makes the sealing and cutting length more accuralte and the error smaller .it adopts advanced computer to adjust length more freely and accurately.

This machine is suitable for heat cutting and bag making of printing and non-printing plastic films such as BOPP,OPP,and PE,etc.And it is a kind of ideal equipment for making sock bag ,bread bag and jewelry bag,etc. The whole machine adopts microcomputer control and step motor for material-feeding.(servo motor is optional).Arbitrary fixed-length,accurate and stable step photoelectric tracking,stopping automatically when any mark is lost.Automatic Pressure,synchronous punching and synchronous sealing.Automaic counting ,automaic alarming when reaching preset value.Heat-sealing decrative border,automatic constant temperaturn,firm and smooth sealing.
