Mingfeng Automatic Plastic Recycling Granulating Machine for Waste Plastic Film

Main Application:

This single-screw PP/PE plastic recycling pelletizing machine features wear-resistant bimetallic nitrided screw and barrel, stable 200-800kg/h output and anti-blockage feeding design. Equipped with vacuum degassing and water-ring hot cutting system, it produces smooth, uniform and high-quality plastic pellets. With high automation, low noise, simple maintenance and fast material switching, it supports 24-hour continuous operation, being an ideal cost-effective solution for various PP/PE waste plastic recycling.

Specialized in processing waste plastic films, plastic bags, plastic woven sacks and plastic scraps (PE polyethylene, PP polypropylene raw materials)
1.Waste plastics after crushing and cleaning are fed into the main extruder through the top feeding hopper;
2.The single-screw extruder heats, melts and plasticizes the materials;
3.After filtering out impurities, strip-shaped plastic melt is extruded;
4.Pelletizing is available via water ring cutting or air cooling cutting, and finished plastic pellets are finally collected in the stainless steel silo on the right side;
5.The produced plastic pellets can be reused for manufacturing plastic products such as film blowing, bag making and injection molding, realizing plastic recycling and regeneration.
