Product Description

LDPE HDPE Waste Plastic Reprocessing Granule Making Machine

This two-stage mother-son plastic pelletizing machine is a complete recycling line specially designed for reprocessing waste PE & PP plastics, including agricultural film, shopping plastic bags, PP woven sacks, plastic flakes and plastic scrap. Adopting a two-step extrusion structure (primary pre-plasticizing extruder + secondary fine filtering extruder), matched with water cooling tank, air drying conveyor and pellet cutter, the whole line can turn wet, printed, contaminated waste plastic into uniform recycled plastic pellets in one continuous process. The recycled pellets can be reused for film blowing, injection molding, bag making and plastic profile extrusion, which is the core equipment for plastic recycling factories.

Complete Line Composition:
1)1st Stage Mother Extruder
Equipped with force feeding hopper, main driving motor and centralized temperature control cabinet. It melts waste plastic, discharges moisture and volatile ink gas for preliminary plasticization.
2)2nd Stage Son Extruder
Fitted with double hydraulic automatic screen changers to filter sand, paper residue and metal impurities precisely. Online screen switching avoids frequent production shutdown.
3)Water Cooling Tank
Quickly cools and solidifies molten plastic strands extruded from die head for subsequent conveying and cutting.
4)Air Dryer Traction Blower
Removes surface water on plastic strands and feeds strands evenly to the cutter.
5)Vertical Strand Pellet Cutter
High-speed rotary blades cut plastic strands into neat, consistent-size pellets, finished pellets are collected by the bottom hopper automatically.
